This lovely, tastefully decorated 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo is located on the east end of Scenic 30-A in Seacrest Beach Florida - part of the Emerald Coast which is known the world over for its white sand beaches and emerald green water. With over 1400 sq. ft. of space, this unit comfortably accommodates 8 guests.

The living room and bedrooms feature wall to wall carpeting. Marble floors accent the hall, bathrooms and granite countered kitchen. Each bedroom has its own TV with VCR / DVD player, while the living room features a 48" BIG screen TV with VCR / DVD player. Washer and dryer, dish washer, ice maker and most small appliances are provided for your comfort and convenience. Wired Hi-Speed Internet access is also available.

Your balcony overlooks the on-site heated pool, so nice for a quick dip, or you may choose to stroll the cobblestone streets for a few minutes to swim and relax at the 12,000 sq. ft. lagoon-style pool with palm trees, fountain, childrens area and lap lanes. A shuttle ride or a few minutes walk takes you to one of the most beautiful beaches you will ever see.

This is a place for everyone. It can be the perfect escape or it offers a host of other activities. If it's shopping you enjoy, you'll find all types - antiques and art galleries, speciality shops, designer factory outlet stores, and open air markets.
