Spacious gulf front - oceanfront beach house in Seagrove Beach Florida directly overlooking the gulf from a high bluff. “Magnolia Cottage” is an original Seagrove Beach home attractively updated and decorated to keep the feel of Old Seagrove. Nice split floor plan on one level is ideal for satisfying all the needs of a large family, or sharing with another family. The main house has four bedrooms and two baths with two bedrooms facing the Gulf of Mexico, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed.
The large great room opens on to a gulf front sunroom that runs the width of the home. The sun room and living room both have queen sleeper sofas. The optional guesthouse offers a 5th bedroom with separate bath.
Privacy fenced pool and private beach stairway. Covered parking. Within walking distance to Seaside, Watercolor, and the Seagrove Village Market along the paved walking/biking path right in front of the house.
