Sitting right across from the 12,000 square-foot lagoon pool is this fantastic beach house rental with porches on every level and on both sides of the home. Spaciously designed and professionally decorated, you will be delighted to vacation in your upscale beach house.

Ground floor includes a large living room, dining room, upscale kitchen with black granite countertops and stainless appliances, plus one bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath with shower. A large master suite with a King bed and adjoining bath with double vanity, whirlpool tub and separte shower. A guest room with king-size bed is also on the 2nd floor with a private bath with shower/tub combo. There is an extra trundle bed that can sleep two in this guest bedroom. A master suite with queen-size bed is on 3rd floor with a private bath with shower/tub comb and an adjoining room with wet bar. Views of the huge community lagoon pool complete with palm trees and fountains and views of the Gulf of Mexico are enjoyed from upper decks.

Take a pleasant stroll along the palm-lined boulevard to the beach, or ride the free shuttle service that will pick you up right at your home during peak season. Enjoy the nearby shops and Restaurants at Rosemary Beach and the Village of South Walton right next door. Parking for four to eight vehicles. A 7-night minimum stay is usually required during spring break and summer. Smoking is not permitted. Some dogs that are 25 pounds or less and that are well behaved will be allowed for an extra non-refundable pet fee of $100 plus tax.
