(Please note that pets are not allowed on the beach in Walton County unless you own property here and have a permit.) This beach house is conveniently located within biking or driving distance to the shopping and restaurants of Seagrove Beach Florida or Seaside Florida beach resort about 3/4 mile to the west of the home on Scenic 30-A.
