A short drive east from the Prominence community you will find La Cocina Mexican restaurant, Pizza by the Sea, and Grits and Grind at The Village of South Walton. Visit Wild Olives in Rosemary Beach for Friday wine tastings and afternoon tapas, or order from their deli menu. Try Cowgirl Kitchen, LaCrema for Tapas and Chocolate, Onano’s for northern Italian cuisine, or Paradis for fine dining in an intimate atmosphere. Rosemary Beach also has a wonderful day spa, Solace, that will cater to your every need. 

For the sports fan you have Shades on the far east end of 30A where you can enjoy a wide assortment of food and drink while watching your favorite team on one of the many flat screen TV’s. Across from Shades are the new Shoppes of 30Avenue, where you can pick up fresh seafood for the grill, and enjoy fine restaurants and an assortment of shops. 

Further east is Pier Park in Panama City Beach about a 15 minute drive away and offers a variety of shopping such as Target, Wal-Mart, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Bed Bath and Beyond, Fresh Market, Marshalls, Ron Jon’s Surf Shop and several dining choices including Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville Café.

There are many, many other restaurants to enjoy and shops to explore that are just a short drive to the west of Prominence also in Seagrove Beach and in the resort community of Seaside.

Clean & Convenient
Very nice location in the Prominence development, was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Would stay here again.

Exceeded Expectations by a long shot!
My wife and I decided to take a long weekend to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. Over the 4th of July weekend, we visited "The Hub" and just simply loved it. We decided to book with HomeAway and we sure are glad we did! From the reservation to packing up to leave, the process was simply as smooth as can be! The agent we worked with was incredible in regards to communication and she was extremely pleasant to speak with! In addition to the service, the condo.... We were simply "wowed"! It was extremely gorgeous, clean, spacious, and the deco was simply first class. To say the least, the pictures do it no justice. We particularly enjoyed the master bathroom and closet space. Really enjoyed our stay at The Prominence. Lovely townhouse, great pool, and fun area.
Really enjoyed staying at The Prominence. The townhouse was beautiful and comfortable. It had plenty of space for our family of five. The kids really liked the pool. We enjoyed crossing over 30A to The Hub for shopping and dinner. They had live music one night. We would definitely return to this townhouse.

Beautiful home and great location!
The house was beautiful and the amenities were top notch. Really enjoyed our stay and everything was new and very clean! Kids loved the bunk room and the pool! There was plenty of room for 2 kids and 2 adults. We liked how we could easily get to anywhere on 30-A since it is centrally located. We would definitely stay here again!
