If you prefer to ride to the beach, a complimentary tram is available to guests at The Village of South Walton that runs to and from the beach in peak season.

At the Pavilion of the Villages, you will find an assortment of local shops, bike rentals, snacks and beverages.  Most nights live music is performed in peak season by local talent sets up a perfect place to relax after a sun filled day.  On those chilly nights sit around the fire pit and enjoy the laid back atmosphere along with your favorite beverage.

To satisfy your culinary desires, you will find La Cocina, a fabulous Mexican restaurant, Pizza by the Sea and Grits and Grind at The Village, again only a minute walk from Chez 30A. You will want to take a lovely stroll along the wide, lighted, sidewalks into Rosemary Beach and visit Wild Olives for Friday wine tastings and afternoon tapas or order from their fabulous deli menu or try Cowgirl kitchen, LaCrema for Tapas and Chocolate, Onano’s for northern Italian cuisine, or Paradis for fine dining in an intimate atmosphere – the menus of the restaurants are seasonal and ever changing – always offering something new and delicious to try.

For the sports fan you have to try newly remodeled Shades, only a short stroll on 30A where you can enjoy a wide assortment of food and drink while rooting for your favorite team on one of the many flat screen TV’s. Rosemary Beach also boasts a wonderful day spa, Solace, that will cater to your every need.  At the east end of 30A across Hwy 98 from Shades are the new Shoppes of 30Avenue, where you can pick up that fresh seafood for the grill, enjoy fine restaurants and an assortment of shops. 

If you do decide to get back in your car, Pier Park in Panama City Beach is about a 10 to 15 minute drive away and offers a variety of shopping such as Target, WalMart, Dick’s, Bed Bath and Beyond, Fresh Market, Marshalls, Ron Jon’s Surf Shop and several dining choices including Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville Café.
