great spring break
We were here for a spring break first week of March. The condo was well equipped and decorated. Someone really put time and thought into this place. It was just three of us, my middle school daughter, her friend and I. We rented bikes from across the street and my kids pretty much spent all their time hanging out in Seaside. Biking there took us less than 10 min. Our kids made tones of friends there and my daughter said it was her best spring break ever. On my part, I just enjoyed our condo being right there on the beach, it was so easy for me. I also thought that I got a great deal by paying so much less than if we would have stayed in Seaside.

Very clean, updated kitchen, just a hop skip and a jump walk to the beach
Property was very clean, very comfortable furnishings and bed. We love Seagrove and 30A!

Great place, great price, always nice.
It was our second year coming to this condo and we still absolutely love it.

Awesome vacay home
Loved our stay here. Great view, steps from the beach. Walking inside felt like walking in a really nice hotel. Its more updated than the pics show. This condo had everything we needed and management was super accommodating to our early check in.
